1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1 Custom-Made & Personalized Products
Since most of our products are custom-made and printed according to your individual specifications, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Every order is produced especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
1.2 Ready-Made Products
For ready-made products (such as pre-designed cards or other items available without personalization), you have the right to withdraw from your order only if the product has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, withdrawal is no longer possible.
2. Exceptions
A return or refund is only possible if:
- the delivered product is defective (e.g. printing errors, material damage),
- the delivered goods do not match your order,
- the delivery is incomplete.
In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2.1 Natural Characteristics of Growing Paper (Not Defects)
We strive to provide you with the best quality prints on our seed paper. However, please note:
- Natural variations such as seed distribution, slight color differences, surface irregularities, or imperfections are inherent to the nature of growing paper and are not considered defects.
- Germination cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on external factors (such as soil, water, and light). This is a natural property of growing paper and not a valid reason for return or refund.
Due to these unique characteristics, complaints or refund requests based on such variations will not be accepted.
We encourage all customers to carefully review our product descriptions and guidelines before ordering. The ecological benefits of growing paper go hand in hand with these natural characteristics. If you have specific questions about the printing process or the material, please contact our customer service before placing an order.
How to Report a Claim
- Send us an email including your order number, a short description of the issue, and, if possible, photos.
- Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you promptly.
- After confirmation, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Return shipping for defective or incorrect products will be covered by us.
No Returns for
- printing errors caused by incorrect customer data,
- minor color deviations within industry-standard tolerance,
- damage caused by improper handling of the goods after delivery,
- natural variations inherent in the nature of growing paper (as outlined above).
