We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs depend on where your order is delivered.

Group 1 – Germany, Netherlands, Belgium
For these countries, shipping costs are fixed and clearly shown in the checkout.
The price you see is final.

Group 2 – Other EU countries
We also ship to all other EU countries.
Because shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order, the shipping price shown in the checkout is not final.

After you place your order, we calculate the exact shipping cost and send you a confirmation by email.
Only after your approval do we proceed with production and shipping.

This way, we ensure fair and accurate shipping costs for every order.

General Information

• We offers three delivery options: Standard, Priority, Express.
• Delivery times vary depending on your destination country. Find more info here.
• Delivery times & prices in the checkout apply to NL, BE, DE. For other countries, please contact our support team.
• All delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• All times & costs are for orders below 2500 pieces. For bigger orders, contact us.
• All orders are tracked once shipped.
• If you ordered a test print, please take into account that we need extra working days to create and send the test print. Production and delivery of the full order will start after approval of the test print. Find more info here.
• Rush order or delivery on a specific date? If you need your print fast or on a specific date, let us know, we’ll check what’s possible. Contact us.

Standard

• Orders are processed within the regular production timeline
• Orders are shipped via standard DHL delivery.
• Standard shipping is our most cost-effective option.
• This option is ideal for non-urgent shipments.
• For customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, shipping is free on orders over €100.

Priority

• Priority ensures that your order is handled first in our production queue.
• Priority orders are still shipped using standard DHL shipping — not DHL Express.

Express

• Express orders are processed immediately upon receipt
• Shipped with DHL Express.
• To qualify for same-day processing, the order must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon). Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
  Example: An express order placed on Wednesday at 3:00 PM will be processed Thursday morning and delivered on Friday. The 1–2 working day delivery window starts from the next business day if the order is placed after 12:00 PM.

For orders without a testprint:

All delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Test print

If you ordered a digital testprint, please take into account that we need one extra working day to create and send the digital testprint. Production and delivery will start after approval of the testprint.

Example: A Priority delivery to the Netherlands takes 2 working days. If we receive approval of the testprint within 1 working day, you will receive your order within 3 working days.

Delivery times test print

Please refer to the overview below to see how many days you should add to the shipping time for your order with a testprint by post. Production and delivery will start after approval of the testprint. This means that the standard delivery time in the table above starts after the testprint has been approved.
