Shipping & Delivery

Growingpaper offers three delivery options to suit different needs and timelines. All delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping options in detail:

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is our most cost-effective option. Orders are processed within the regular production timeline and shipped via standard DHL delivery. This option is ideal for non-urgent shipments. For customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, shipping is free on orders over €100.

Priority Shipping

Priority ensures that your order is handled first in our production queue. Regardless of how many orders come in after yours, we will process your order as soon as it enters our system. Please note: Priority orders are still shipped using standard DHL shipping — not DHL Express.

Express Shipping

Express orders are processed immediately upon receipt and shipped with DHL Express. To qualify for same-day processing, the order must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon). Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
Example: An express order placed on Wednesday at 3:00 PM will be processed Thursday morning and delivered on Friday. The 1–2 working day delivery window starts from the next business day if the order is placed after 12:00 PM.

Digital testprint

If you ordered a digital testprint, please always count 1 (one) extra day to the shipping time. The production and delivery time start after approval of the testprint.
