Personalize Elements

Checklist – Is everything ready for your order?

✅ Print file with sample text – A sample template in which the placeholder has been replaced with personalized information (e.g., John Doe).
✅ Print file with placeholder – A print file in which the space for personalization (e.g., name, title) is left blank.
✅ Excel list with personalization data – The data for personalization must be provided in an Excel file. (Column A: first name, column B: last name, column C: title (optional))
✅ Information about the font, font size, and color – Please specify the font, font size, and color you want for the personalized elements.
✅ Number of blank cards – Tell us the number of cards you want without personalization (blank cards).
✅ Format of the print files – Make sure the print files are in the correct file format: PDF, PNG, or JPEG. We cannot process other formats.

Orderprocess

1️⃣ Download and edit the Excel template – Create your own Excel file according to our specifications. Add all the elements that need to be personalized (e.g., names, addresses, or discount codes).

2️⃣ Put together your desired seed paper product – Visit our order portal and put together your own individual seed paper product.

3️⃣ Select personalization – Under “Personalize elements,” you can indicate whether you want to personalize names, addresses, or discount codes.

4️⃣ Specify the number of personalized elements – Indicate how many elements need to be personalized.

5️⃣ Upload design & Excel list – In the second step of the ordering process, you can upload your design and the edited Excel list.

6️⃣ Specify blank cards – If you need additional unprinted cards, please specify the desired number in the comments when checking out.

Cost of personalization

We charge €60 per 1,000 personalized items for personalization. This means that if, for example, you want to have 2,000 different names, addresses, or discount codes printed, an additional €60 will be charged for items over 1,000.
For 2,000 individual elements, the cost is €120, for 3,000 elements €180, etc. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this.

Testprint – Your options

You can add a testprint to your order immediately. We offer two options:

Digital proof 
We print your design on our paper and send you a photo by email. Cost: €5

Proof by mail  
We print your design on our paper and send it by mail to the address you provide. Cost: €15

Important note: if you want to make changes after the testprint and receive a new proof, you will be charged again.

Individual personalization to your liking

In addition to names, addresses, or discount codes, you can also have other elements personalized. When it comes to text elements, you can simply select one of the above options during the ordering process.
