Shipping & Delivery
Growingpaper offers three delivery options to suit different needs and timelines. All delivery times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). These times are for orders below 2500 pieces. For bigger orders, contact our customer service team to receive an estimation of the delivery time.

Note:
All delivery times refer to business days (BD) Monday to Friday.
Orders with Express Handling go into production early and are printed the same day or next working day.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Shipping options in detail:
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is our most cost-effective option. Orders are processed within the regular production timeline and shipped via standard DHL delivery. This option is ideal for non-urgent shipments. For customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, shipping is free on orders over €100.
Priority Shipping
Priority ensures that your order is handled first in our production queue. Regardless of how many orders come in after yours, we will process your order as soon as it enters our system. Please note: Priority orders are still shipped using standard DHL shipping — not DHL Express.
Express Shipping
Express orders are processed immediately upon receipt and shipped with DHL Express. To qualify for same-day processing, the order must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon). Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
Example: An express order placed on Wednesday at 3:00 PM will be processed Thursday morning and delivered on Friday. The 1–2 working day delivery window starts from the next business day if the order is placed after 12:00 PM.

Digital testprint
If you ordered a digital testprint, please take into account that we need one extra working day to create and send the digital testprint. Production and delivery will start after approval of the testprint.
Example: A Priority delivery to the Netherlands takes 2 working days. If we receive approval of the testprint within 1 working day, you will receive your order within 3 working days.
Testprint per mail
Please refer to the overview below to see how many days you should add to the shipping time for your order with a testprint by post. Production and delivery will start after approval of the testprint. This means that the standard delivery time in the table above starts after the testprint has been approved.
