Choose calm backgrounds and avoid large areas with heavy ink coverage. Seed paper naturally has a slightly rougher texture, which gives it a beautiful, organic appearance. Make sure the text is large enough and easy to read, and use the distinctive look of the paper as part of your design instead of trying to hide it.

How is seed paper printed?

Printing at home on a regular laser or inkjet printer is unfortunately not possible. The heat and pressure damage the seeds, which means they may no longer germinate. Growingpaper uses specially adapted printers that are adjusted in such a way that the seeds have enough space and protection.
