Would you like your cards to be sent directly to the recipients? We’d be happy to handle the entire mailing process for you. 🌱
- Follow the steps below to choose your seed paper and envelope, among other things.
Please note: transparent pergamine envelopes are not available for this service. - Compile all name and address details in this Excel file
- Upload the address file along with your design or send it to info@growingpaper.nl, stating your order number. You can send this after placing your order.
- We print the envelopes, insert the cards, seal the envelopes, and arrange shipping via PostNL.
This way, your message doesn’t just turn into mail... but eventually also into flowers, herbs, or a little bit of greenery at the recipient’s home.

1. Choose your quantity – Select how many pieces you want to order.
💡 Tip: Higher quantities often mean lower price per piece!
2. Select required options – Choose all mandatory product options:

- Type of seeds
- Shape or format
- Printing option
- # of designs
- Proof print
3. Add optional features (if needed) – Enhance your product with optional extras such as:
- Personalization
- Holes
- Folding
- Edges
4. Check the bulk pricing – Take a look at the price list — sometimes ordering just a few more prints gives you a better deal.
5. Add to cart – Once everything is set, click “Add to cart” and go to your cart overview OR click “Request a quote” and get a quotation for your selected seed paper product in PDF form.
6. Upload your design – In the checkout area, upload your design file directly. 📁 Preferred formats: PDF, JPG, PNG (300 dpi)
7. Complete your order – Fill in your billing and shipping details and place your order.
